This is the first house of hopefully many that we are working on with a flipper. Our goal is about 1 every other month. This is our third week into this house. I have installed a new 100amp electrical service line and new breaker panel box on this project. Yes it all passed inspection, thanks. We have a few new circuits, one to a new powder room that's been added to the back of the house that will house a stacked washer/dryer combo and a 2-piece bathroom. Another to the gas hot water heater, where the exhaust blower was running off of multiple extension cords stretched across the basement. Anyway, here is the porch railing we decided to go with. We removed the outdated iron railing and are installing this pressure treated railing.
