Get Real Martial Arts in Mt. Joy

Okay so along with this business I am also a Mixed Martial Artist. In training for my next fight we have moved to a new location and have to "fight proof" it. We had to stud out the wall so the plywood would be flush with the foundational cinder blocks. This will support us wrestling and falling into the wall a little better than the drywall.
